INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Frozen strawberry and banana
- 1/4 cup Plain or vanilla yogurt
- 2 tbsp Sipology’s Strawberry Bubbly Tea
- 1/4 cup Boiling water
DIRECTIONS
- Put 2 tbsp of Strawberry Bubbly Tea in a mug. Add enough boiling water to cover the tea (approx. ¼ cup). Steep 10-15 minutes and cool in fridge. This will give you a thick mixture of fruit and basil seeds.
- Using a blender, blend together the strawberry, banana and yogurt until smooth, adding milk if desired to thin out.
- Stir in bubbly tea or drizzle over top.
